Quoted from mugglenet:
"We have a date!
Clear your day for Saturday 16th July 2005! Bloomsbury publishing has announced that Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be released at Midnight GMT in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa on the 16th July 2005. Bloomsbury report they will be releasing both the Hardback children and adult copies of HBP like the previous books, both at RRP £16.99. The book will cost $29.99 in the US."

Go to jkrowling's official website now! The Room of Requirement's door is finally opened! Solve all the riddles correctly and you will get a very special message from jkrowling. (a msg abt HBP is completed) However, according to Bloomsbury, HBP will be "a bit shorter than OOTP." Besides this, jkrowling has also mentioned previously that one of her characters will not survive book sixth (Haiz..), but she refused to identify that character. On the other hand, harrypotter will survive until the seventh and final book but she again refused to say whether he will reach adulthood.(meaning?) And the first quote from Book 6 describing who is thought to be the Half Blood Prince: (He) looked rather like an old lion. There were streaks of grey in his mane of tawny hair and his bushy eyebrows; he had keen yellowish eyes behind a pair of wire-rimmed spectacles and a certain rangy, loping grace even though he walked with a slight limp. Last one: 3 chapters from HBP, Chapter Two: Spinners End, Chapter Six: Draco's Detour. Chapter Fourteen: Felix Felicis

Okie, that's all I know about HBP, actually still got somemore info, but i only post some of the more interesting ones. These info are complied from all over many websites. Hopefully Singapore can get it on the same day as well.. 16th july.. still a long way to go.. Haiz..
